We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was perfect; we were able to walk to all the main attractions easily. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was cozy and warm, and we especially loved the thoughtful touch of having fruits and complimentary water waiting for us. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight. The breakfast was delicious, and the servers in the lobby were charming and attentive. It truly made our stay here even more enjoyable. we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff is very friendly.
Air conditioning in the room did not work, with over 30 degrees outside temperature more than unpleasant. Breakfast, very bland. Many large tourist groups = masen clearance. Hotel very used.

It's a hotel that's worth it in the low season. It is a hotel so I imagine that in high must be expensive because it waves over the city, is something old and hence there are people who criticize it, but it is very good.

The hotel is located at a traffic junction; the view over the city and the surrounding area is magnificent.
Due to the accommodation of numerous large groups of visitors (pilgrims), there are occasional bottlenecks at breakfast, at the elevators, etc.

Everything was very decent.
Parking question. The lobby told me there was no charge. But they didn't issue any vouchers. I've had fines in the past. That's why I'm gonna have to be safe and turn on Pango. There's a way to correct that discrepancy.

I loved the view of the city from our window. The hotel front desk clerk was friendly, though she didn't speak English well enough to do her job with many of the customers.
We'd wanted to book an extra night, but this proved an impossible task, given that the reservation clerk was away from the desk for an extended person, and nobody else was willing or able to help us. Good thing we didn't get that extra night. The hotel was shabby, with stains on the chairs in the foyer and grimy windows. The breakfast buffet featured sad fruits and vegetables and other offerings put together without love. The hotel didn't offer a complete map of the city, only of the downtown area. So we didn't have a map to help us get back to the hotel! Very frustrating.

Great location close to important sightseeing spots and shopping centers. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning that works super. the breakfast has a wide selection of fresh food and a good choice of hot dishes.
The pool needs better maintenance, tiles are missing, and parts could be a problem if kids run and don't pay attention. the cleaning of the windows is urgently needed, and some staff members could improve their communication skills with guests.

The hotel had a great location, with several attractions and shops nearby. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the coffee was delicious.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels were stained. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and they seemed to be disinterested in providing good customer service.

Continental breakfast is very good.
1. Parking lot during the mid day doesn't have free spot. A lot of cars from nearest buildings occupied parking lots. Customers in hotel don't have a chance to park a car. 2.Room doesn’t have tissue napkins.

This hotel is truly luxurious and exceeded our expectations. the room had exclusive amenities and an amazing view, making us feel pampered and indulged. We enjoyed the wellness centre, the sauna, and the swimming pool. the sun terrace was a great place to relax and we loved the it was located in such a convenient location for exploring the city. the restaurant served delicious breakfast and the bar area was a great spot for drinks in the evening.
The only minor issue we experienced at this hotel was the lack of attention to detail regarding cleanliness in some areas, such as the windows.
